If you would like to receive remittance from overseas, give the following information to the remitter.

- Recipient's name in English
- recipient's account number with WooriBank
- Contact phone number in Korea
In general, international money transfer takes about 2 to 3 working days to be processed. But sometimes it takes more depending on the system of the remitting bank.
Non-residents may receive remittances equal to or less than US$20,000 without presenting any additional documents.
- Resident : Only under USD 20,000 can be deposited to an account designated overseas, on the basis of the same person and same date. If you want to deposit to your another account other than an account designated overseas, you must visit a branch.
- Non-residents : Under USD50,000 per transaction and under USD500,000 per year can be deposited to an account designated overseas. For non-residents, savings that can be deposited are limited.
- If you have received a remittance of over USD 10,000 or its equivalent in other foreign currencies or if you have received – in your account - a remittance of over USD 10,000 or its equivalent in other foreign currencies from the same person on the same date, this will be automatically notified to National Tax Service and FSS.
