- Overview
- Immediate loan is available with the mortgage/collateral provision of the deposits and savings (beneficiary certificates) booked with us.
- Characteristics
- This loan is available for 24 hours, 365 days without any premature withdrawal of the deposit upon the emergency fund needs.
- Eligibility
- Individuals or individual businesses that have subscribed to the deposit, savings, or trust account in one’s name at Woori Bank as local residents
- Non-Eligible
- Minors, those registered with the credit rating information management target list, customers with a special mortgage product or with overdue loan - Excluded Deposits
- Funds and foreign currency products are excluded
- Deposits that have been opened within 2 business days prior to the loan application (Business Days: Bank working days / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
- Certificates of deposit (CDPlus deposit is eligible), cover bills, deposits and trusts with discretionary deposit and withdrawal
- Accounts with accident registration, such as an account with which a pledge is established (per transaction loan is excluded) or account for which a payment suspension is executed
- Post-maturity account, trust account in the name of another person

- Loan Limit Amount
- The loan limit per mortgage deposit is as follows.
- Stationery deposit, savings deposit, repurchase bond, CDplus deposit
- Within 95% of the current remaining (face value amount) or discounted sales amount - Trust beneficiary certificate (pension type trust – retirement, new retirement, individual, new individual, pension trust)
- Within 95% of the remaining amount minus the estimated withdrawal tax - Trust beneficiary certificate (recorded cost trust – household monetary trust, savings purpose trust, no-tax long-term savings trust, office worker preferential treatment trust, new type savings trust)
- Within 95% of the estimated early termination amount
※ Maximum Limit for Internet Deposit and Savings (beneficiary certificate) Mortgage Loan: Up to KRW 100 million (same person limitation)
※ For the internet application of any loan exceeding KRW 50 million, “Identity Verification Application” should be first submitted at the branch.

For the general loan, the 1-month average earning rate immediately prior to the interest payment date shall be applied, and for the minus account loan, the unit cost on the 3rd Sunday of each month in terms of the daily modified earning rate per utilization date shall be applied) - Trust beneficiary certificate mortgage loan (market price product)

- A pledge is automatically established with the applicant’s deposit and savings and beneficiary certificate.
- Pledge Establishment Amount (round-off for the amount of less than KRW 100,000): Loan amount (limit amount) / collateral acknowledgement ratio (95%)

- Limit loan account eligible for the registration is synthesized banknote products (MMDA is not eligible)

- Stamp Tax: Discriminative application per loan amount (waived for the loan for no more than KRW 40 million)
- With the revision of the Stamp Duty Act (Act No. 9917, 2010.1.1), the electronic document is subject to such tax, starting from 2011.1.1.
- For the loan exceeding KRW 40 million, 50% of the stamp tax amount is imposed and the relevant amount shall be automatically deducted from the loan amount.
- Please make sure to check the loan amount and the stamp tax before applying.

- Per Transaction Loan
- Interest payment on the prescribed date per periodic cycle (every month)
- The interest payment shall be automatically withdrawn from the loan deposit account on the day of each month, equivalent to the loan execution day. - Limit Loan (minus account)
- Payment upon the monthly settlement date designated by the bank
- In terms of Saturday of the third week or the last week of each month (immediately preceding business day, if the relevant day is a business day) (automatic withdrawal from the customer’s account on the next day)

- We have implemented an enhanced reinforced identity verification policy based upon the Financial Supervisory Authority’s instructions due to the recent financial frauds such as voice-phishing scams.
- Please be aware that for the loan applications submitted during business hours (09:00~18:00), our staff will contact you via the land line to confirm the information and execute the loan.
- Transaction Limitations

- Loans can be refused or restricted if the applicant has an overdue debt (including payment guarantee obligation), if the applicant has incurred damage or loss to the bank, or if the applicant is deemed to have a credit rating issue.
- An applicant with the overdue debt registration is not eligible for the loan. “Overdue Debt” herein refers to the registration of “overdue debt” under the credit rating information management target list of the Korea Federation of Banks and credit rating evaluation company in line with credit information management regulation, and the representative categories are loan default, credit card payment default, installment loan fund default, bills bought account default, etc.

- Loan deposit (limit registration) account should be opened at least 1 month before the loan application.
- A special preferential interest rate is not available when the special preferential interest-earning product is collateralized for the loan application.
- For the account with which a password is not registered, the applicant should first register the password at the branch prior to the loan application.
