For deposit trust transaction
- According to “Real name identified financial transaction and privacy law”, deposit transactions must be made with real name.
- Do not use wooden stamp for registered stamp that can be easily counterfeited.
- Choose pass code that other people cannot easily know. Do not reveal pass code to others.
For deposit and withdrawal
- For deposit and withdrawal, do not leave the counter until the bank employee checks passbook, deposit/withdrawal slip, cash and confirm amount and account holder’s name with passbook or deposit receipt.
- When withdrawing from ATM with cash card, please check withdrawn amount with receipt.
When passbook is lost or stolen
- In case passbook or registered stamp is lost (stolen), immediately report account holder’s name, residence ID number and account number etc to bank branch and keep record of employee name accepted report and report time etc.
- In case cash card is lost (stolen), change pass code and re-issue cash card.
